Penthouse publisher Damien Costas has lost a dispute related to fees he allegedly owes a publicist for the book tours of far-right provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos and Brexit architect Nigel Farage, after a judge found Costas’ solicitors had failed to effect proper service.
