Court approves $6.3M class action settlement against Linchpin directors

A judge has approved a settlement with former directors of collapsed advisory firm Linchpin Capital under which insurer RiverStone will pay $6.3 million, which will be used to fund the investor class action’s claims against AIG.

Coles, Woolworths ‘can’t hide behind’ poor records, court told as underpayments trial kicks off

Tyro class action judge OK’s $2.5M in settlement deductions after railing against earlier deal
